— Has Facebook gone Gaga?!
Zynga, the creators of the top-played Facebook application ‘Farmville’, are due to release a new app ‘GagaVille’ to celebrate the release of the studio album ‘Born This Way.’ Lady Gaga and Zynga have kept in contact since they both donated generous amounts of money to the Japanese Earthquake victims. In a recent press-release for ‘Born This Way’, Lady Gaga said:
Daily tasks will be set within the came on the lead up to the album release, and for players who complete the tasks they will recieve a first listen to unreleased BTW Tracks.
(Source: fuckyeahladygaga) Gaga, amongst other celebrities of which Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Hudson amongst others, are also to be taking part in joining in with a new campaign named Digital Life Sacrifice to help raise money for Alicia Keys’ charity ‘Keep a Child Alive.’ The campaign sees the celebrities signing off social media and network websites such as Twitter and Facebook on December 1st, World AIDS Day, and they will return once the charity has raised $1 million due to the campaign. The celebrities have, according to ‘The Associated Press’, already filmed “last tweet and testament” videos which will see them appearing in adverts showing them lying in coffins to symbolise what the campaign calls ‘their digital deaths.’ Leigh Blake, the co-founder of ‘Keep a Child Alive’ said:
